What is EnCourage?

EnCourage is an apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church, reaching out to families and loved ones of those who struggle with same-sex attraction or gender dysphoria. Through this apostolate, we give friendship and support, founded on the human understanding and teachings of the Catholic Church.

Goals of Encourage

To grow spiritually through spiritual reading, prayer, meditation, individual spiritual direction, frequent attendance at Mass and the frequent reception of the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist.
To gain a deeper understanding of the needs, difficulties and challenges experienced by men and women who experience same-sex attractions.
To establish and maintain a healthy and wholesome relationship with our loved ones who experience same-sex attractions.

Hope For Freedom

In her book, Hope for Freedom, Dana Epperly shares her story and journey to freedom from emotional addiction and the lesbian lifestyle. She transparently recounts the traumatic events she experienced, as well as the decisions she made that created a life of hopelessness and despair.

But, she doesn’t stop there. Dana shares the steps she and God took to restore the life He originally designed for her and how you can too.

Hope for Freedom not only offers insights to those seeking freedom, but also to the friends and family who are affected. She helps you understand how you can best love someone on the journey even before they are aware they are on it.
